Before returning items to us, please contact us in order to obtain a Return Authorization Code. You can contact [email protected], where one of our customer representatives will be glad to help you.

Please make sure that you understand our return policy and ensure that all criteria are met before physically sending any items back to us.

Please note, our customers cannot use Fedex to return or exchange their packages. For more information, please contact our support team.

Returning for replacement

All returns must be sent by you to us within 10 days of the shipment being delivered to you. We only accept items in their original condition - unworn, unwashed, unaltered, and undamaged - and must have the tags intact and still attached. 

1. Quality Issues: 

Once received by us, If our staff find that the merchandise is defective as described, we will send you a replacement at no cost.

2. Size Errors:

    Please be aware that due to the nature of the handwork required, the finished garment may vary approximately 3cm - 5cm in either direction of specified measurements.

    1. If the garment did not arrive in the specification size as the one ordered, please send us photo evidence.
    2. Customers can also return an item in return for another item.

    3. You do not like the garment:

    You can return the garment for exchange for another item of equal or lesser value, or pay the difference to get a more expensive item if you do not like the garment for any reason. You need to send the garment back to us at your cost and we will send out your exchange as soon as the garment is received. 

    Changes to Orders (Before delivery)

    1. All garment orders can be changed (size or color) within 1 hour of purchase.
    2. All garment orders with a change request after 1 hour will not be eligible for a exchange until you send the item back to us.
